L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon is now open at the Casino de Montréal, the biggest casino in Canada. The kitchens operate under the direction of Stéphane Galibert, who is supported by a team that is as passionate and attentive to detail as he is. Similarly to several the other concept restaurants, the décor was designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon.

The Casino restaurant is in a very singular location on Île Notre-Dame, a natural oasis at the heart of an urban landscape.
